We are excited to recognize National Disability Employment Awareness Month with a special presentation from Ola Ojewumi – “At The Margins: Disability and Intersectionality in Healthcare.”

Ola is a renowned public speaker and disability rights activist. She has served under the Obama Administration and appeared as a political commentator on MSNBC and Democracy Now. Please join the DOM DEI Committee as we welcome Dean Tiffany Steinwert, Ph.D. for our Inclusion Rounds webinar “Promoting Spiritual Wellness and Inclusion”.

Steinwert has served as the Dean for Religious & Spiritual Life at Stanford since 2019 and has experience as an ordained clergywoman, administrator, and leader in spiritual life. She aims to build relationships amidst differences and cultivate healthy contemplative practices for the transformation of self and the world.

Join the DoM DEI Committee as we celebrate Juneteenth. We are excited to welcome back Tiye Garrett and Kuumba Dance for a live performance of West African drumming and dancing.

Food and drinks will be available for event guests. This is an outdoor picnic-style event, you’re welcome to bring a blanket or chair!
