  The research questions, design, measurements, analysis/interpretation/reporting
• Design and Conduct of RCTs
  Phases of research, randomization, outcomes, analytic approach
• Design and Conduct of Observational Studies
  Types of studies, source of bias, analytic approach
• Qualitative Research and Questionnaire Design
  Collecting, analyzing and integrating quantitative and qualitative research
• Research Reproducibility 
  Statistical analysis tool and data science
• Design of Diagnostic Studies, Data Management and Collection
  Reporting
