Begin your morning in the serenity of Windhover; join us for a mindful practice. The practice will begin with sun salutations, and flow into standing and floor poses while helping you to listen to your body, and compassionately and wisely respect your capabilities. Tia Rich, PhD, Director, Contemplation by Design (CBD), has been integrating contemplative practices into resilience, stress management and career training programs at Stanford University and Medical Center since 1984. Her creation and leadership of the CBD program is an expression of her steadfast dedication to the resilience and well-being of the Stanford community.
